Extruded tube production shop

Tubes and pipes produced of round billets or special hollow aluminium alloy billets.

KUMZ has:

-horizontal hydraulic extrusion presses with capacity from 500 up to 12,000 tons

-containers with diameter of 75 up to 800 mm (2.95" up to 31.5")

- electrical furnaces (induction furnaces for ingot heating, vertical quenching aggregates, pit-type aging furnaces)

-stretchers with capacity from 25 up to 500 tons.

This equipment allows KUMZ to produce aluminium tubes with diameter from 25 mm to 550 mm and wall thickness 5 to 80 mm.
