KUMZ produces rolled-bond panels of the following nomenclature
Material: aluminum 1100, 1200, 1050 and 1080 according to EN 573-3;
Due to the high efficiency of heat exchange, rolled-welded panels are used for
- household refrigerator evaporators;
- solar collectors;
- photovoltaic panels;
- cooling of electric vehicle batteries.
Additional requirements:
Volume tolerance ±5%;
The tolerance for the length of the pattern is ±2%;
The tolerance for skewing the pattern is ±3%;
Tolerance for the entire pattern = Tolerance for the length of the pattern + Tolerance for skewing the pattern;
Channel width tolerance:
Longitudinal ±0.5 mm;
Transverse ±1.0 mm;
The minimum internal deformation pressure of the panel is 1.6 MPa;
Specific moisture content not more than 5 mg per 100 cm3 of internal volume;
The quality of the inner surface of the channels meets the requirements of DIN 8964, which allows the use of ozone-safe refrigerants.
